‘Dan Cong Feng Huang’, a unique Chinese Oolong black tea.
Coming from the Phoenix Mountains in the Province of Guangdong, this remarkable tea comes from ancient and particular wild tea plants that are taken care of with the utmost attention.
Its name: ‘Dan Cong’, meaning ‘unique leaf’, is a proof of its uniqueness: each tea and its soil are selected, maintained and preserved individually over time to ensure that its specific own notes remain outstanding.
Usually ‘Dan Cong’ teas are known for their naturally floral flavors, but this cru brought and selected by the Impertinent Parisian is different: evoking all the small pleasures of daily life thanks to natural notes of roasted cocoa, almost of coffee, its surprising flavors on a very soft texture and the quality of its large leaves will leave you breathless and make you succumb to a moment of pure greed.
